ITRL 270 — AI Policy Report Practice Lab

A self-contained set of teaching materials for ITRL 270 China and the Indo-Pacific: The Rise of the Party-State at Parami University. Built around the Country Dossier assignment (35% of course grade) — a 12–15 page BRI policy briefing on one ASEAN country.

The materials operationalize a six-phase “Director Method” for using AI tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, Meta.ai) plus visual tools (Datawrapper, Google MyMaps, Canva) to produce publication-grade policy writing — all with free-tier tools.
